Disney is Planning to Have Finding Nemo in 3D

Finding Nemo was one of the great animation film successes from Pixar Studios in 2003.

Disney has announced that they are working on the 3D version of the game and it should be ready by fall of this year. The game has taken a trend followed by some other successful 2D films that were later re-released in 3D which include The Lion King, Toy Story and Beauty and the Beast.

All the films that were converted from 2D to 3D experienced good sales although not as good as when they were first released in 2D. If this goes well for Disney they will go on to re-release other 2D games in 3D such as Monsters Inc and The Little Mermaid.
