Since VidScan relies on YouTube comments, it is possible that some videos don’t have usable time comments yet.

Just comment directly on any YouTube video with a time snippet (mm:ss), and VidScan will pick it up.

Just add http://www.vidscan.com/ before the YouTube URL to view the timeline.
