Wallaby is A Tool To Convert Adobe Flash to HTML5

a Flash-to-HTML5 conversion tool called “Wallaby,” that would allow Flash developers to reuse many elements of their Flash projects — including graphics, masks, and animations — in an HTML file. The tool will also tell you which elements can’t be converted, like animated masks, filters and actionscript. The result: something nearly identical to your original Flash file, but in HTML.

The tool exports the individual elements of the Flash project, meaning you can find a graphic or animation within the HTML file and use it independently of the rest of the project. The HTML created by this tool even works on an iPhone or iPad, because both use WebKit browsers. This tool isn’t a catch-all for making sure that Flash developers can serve users of every platform out there, but it automates something that previously took hours to do by hand.

Use this link http://www.abyty.com/browser as alternative solution to get silverlight and flash application on any iDevices. It little bit ugly and not have sound, but working in basic on iPhone and iPod too.
